Demo Day 2

More progress. My only contribution so far has been bringing Tony food during my lunch hour (my work is less than a mile away).

So now that we have finally closed on the house, Tony has begun the demo, and he has already accomplished a lot:

The House: Pre-Remodel

We recently purchased my father-in-law's home in Little Canada. The property has been in the family for five generations, and the house was built in 1955 . It has not been remodeled since it was built.... so we are doing a complete overhaul, including an addition with a master suite. We are also relocating the staircase, pushing out the back wall and expanding the front porch. Some of the things we love about the property includes the fact that it sits on 1.3 acres with large mature oaks, and it is less than a mile from my work.
